Think of Dilli It Smart Lockers and Dilli It Pickup Points as your new personal address, and the Dilli It PIN (OTP) as your private key to the post box. It is an extension of you — because you can receive deliveries even when you’re on a different continent.

To get started — it really takes less than 3 minutes

Step 1 : Download the Dilli It App (iOS & Android) and register.

Step 2: Once in the app, you have two options:

• Generate a One Time Pin OTP for a single delivery, or
• Create a Dilli It PIN (DIP) for repeated use with your favorite stores. Remember to select the correct Dilli It Smart Locker or Pickup Point for each PIN.

Step 3: Shop normally on your favorite site. At checkout, use the Dilli It address with your generated PIN/OTP, for example:

Voila! You can carry on with your life without worrying about missing your delivery. Once the package arrives, you’ll receive a notification on your phone.

Collection

Simply go to the relevant Dilli It Smart Locker or Pickup Point, scan your QR code or enter your PIN. You’ll be prompted to pay via the Dilli It App using your preferred method. After successful payment, the locker will open and you can collect your package, please close the door after retrieving your delivery. If you collect your delivery at a Dilli It Pickup Point, the assistant will retrieve your package for you.

Sending a Parcel or leaving something for a friend

Sending/leaving a parcel works the same as receiving one, but in reverse. You use the PIN to open a locker or drop the package at the Pickup Point, then send the PIN to whoever needs to collect it (e.g., a courier company or person). The only catch is that you need to pay on the App when they use the PIN to retrieve the parcel. This standard process will be updated as development expands.

Get it done in a few easy steps

Step 1 : If you already have a relevant PIN to use, simply share it with whomever needs to collect the package.

Step 2: If you need to create a new PIN simply go to the Dilli It App, generate a PIN and select the correct Dilli It Smart Locker or Pickup Point.

Step 3: Drop the parcel into the locker (scan your QR or enter PIN to open) or hand it to the assistant at the Pickup Point.

Step 4: Send the PIN to the collector. They follow the standard collection process to retrieve it, and you pay the fee via the App at that time.
